We will not publish a client's name, exact residential address or clearly identifying private information for portfolio, website, social-media, award, publication or marketing purposes without an appropriate legal basis and, where required, the client's permission.

Project-specific agreements may separately address photography and the use of non-identifying plans, images or completed-project photographs. Any such use will remain subject to the agreed terms and applicable privacy rights.

11. Direct Marketing

Where permitted by law, we may send professional updates, invitations or marketing communications. You may request to stop receiving such communications at any time by using the unsubscribe method provided or by contacting us. Service, project and administrative communications are not marketing and may continue while relevant.
